For many, Christmas is the best time of the year, but it can also be a period where many feel a lot of pressure, not least parents. Creating that Christmas atmosphere for your family is about so much more than just Christmas presents, Christmas decorations and the best Christmas tree. Christmas is about community and joy! So don’t let Christmas presents and all the other trappings become another task to tick off, and lower the demand on yourself a little – then Christmas will be more enjoyable for everyone involved.
What children like to play with is individual, but there are recommendations based on the child’s age if you want to be on the safe side. Here, we have collected a complete list of suggestions for toys, gadgets for your child’s room and other little things that can be thought of as suitable for children between 0-2 years of age.

For those of you who want to get something nice for your child’s bedroom instead of toys, we would like to recommend bedding, personal posters, night lamps, cute storage boxes, toy kitchens, play mats and tents.
Of course it’s nice to see your children’s curiosity when they open a well-wrapped present, but Christmas presents don’t always have to come in the form of physical items. Christmas is about community, so why not give an experience as a Christmas present? It can be something as simple as grilling sausages in the forest, taking a longer trip to a playground or perhaps organising a day of sledding with your child’s friends. Remember, it’s the thought that counts, regardless of age.
Merry Christmas!
